    This review is for the Caboolture quotfactoryquot outlet. Has been a change in staffing in JulyAugust 2025, since then after sales customer service has failed miserably. Won't answer their phones or emails, head office ignores any attempt of contact from me. I discovered my January 2025 delivered navigator 19.6 had been fitted with the incorrect smoke detector, the Law changed in July 2024. The factory in Melbourne should have been aware of the changes. If you van is not built to legal compliance your insurance is null and void. I had to keep checking what was happening via email as their phone was never answered. I kept asking for updates and never received replies. It took me 8 weeks to get the correct smoke detector sent to me. If want a Majestic caravan that comes with after sales service, buy from another dealer.
